With a cross-border background spanning high-growth European and U.S.-based organizations, she brings deep expertise in U.S. market entry, multi-state compliance, and the design of scalable HR infrastructure that supports sustainable expansion. Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a PHRca certification, Christina combines strategic insight with operational precision. She has a strong track record of guiding international founders through the regulatory, cultural, and structural complexities of establishing and growing U.S. operations—ensuring full compliance while building sustainable people systems.
